  • Check-in from 14:00 to 21:00 – 
    3 days prior to check-in we look forward to receiving guests'  scheduled arrival time.
    For arrivals after this range of time please advice in advance. For arrivals after this range of time (to be agreed in advance) the late check-in fee of € 30.00 will apply. 

However, the apartments could be also available earlier, i.e. as soon as they are ready. In the meantime all the common areas and the Cactus Lounge Café in the Botanical Garden are available.

  • Check-out by 10:00 - 
    In case of late departure, our luggage area as well as all the common areas and the Cactus Lounge Cafè are available. 
    The apartments are equipped with bed, bath and kitchen linen.
    If needed ask fo a late check out, if possible we will arrange it with and extra carge, dipending on departure time. 

Deposit:

  • 50% 
  • Balance upon arrival

 

The apartment rates include: 

  • Entrance and visit to Giardini Ravino (right next to the aparthotel);
  • WI-FI connection;
  • outdoor pool;
  • equipped sun terraces;
  • indoor thermal pool with hydromassage;
  • Turkish bath;
  • parking area;
  • evey 2 days: change of bath and kitchen linen, and tyding up; every 7 days: tyding up and change of bed linen

 

Extra-charge (mandatory): 

  • Final cleaning: € 50.00 

Cleaning Room:     

  • evey 2nd day

Thank you for expressing your interest. Many of you undoubtedly already know ISCHIA, but for those who don’t, we would like to give some information.

The island of ISCHIA is near Capri, in the Gulf of Naples. It is famous worldwide because of its volcanic origin: an island in the Mediterranean Sea with a hint of the exotic, thanks to a marvellous climate. Rich in vegetation and lively colours also in the winter months, it boasts summer activities from springtime to November with beaches, small romantic coves, boat trips, nightlife.

 

How to arrive at Ischia:

 

Ask for our tranfer service from Airport or Train Station to the Villa with all inclusive service.  

By Air: Naples Airport “Capodichino”:

Here are all the Air Companies that fly to Naples: http://www.aeroportodinapoli.it/in-partenza/compagnie-aeree 

By train: www.trenitalia.com or www.italotreno.it - End station: “Napoli Stazione Centrale” .

By car: Highway A/1 to NAPOLI or Pozzuoli. Sea crossing: ca. 90 Min.

  • Ferry and hidrofoil to Ischia Island from Napoli.
    please note the Port of Naples is very large and separated in Docks.
    all Hidrofoils start from the Dock called "BEVERELLO",
    Ferryes start from the Dock called "CALATA PORTO MASSA"
  • Another Ports that serves Ischia Island is called "POZZUOLI" this can be taken in consideration expecially if you are with your own car.
